The Bean Bank cannot be held responsible for the actions of those who act against laws and regulations that apply in their locality. Cannabis seeds should be kept as collectible souvenirs by anyone in an area where cultivation of cannabis is not legal. The Bean Bank does not encourage the germination of Cannabis seeds and cannot be held responsible for germination issues.

As for the Bean Bank’s packaging, the supplied Rockwool/germination medium is strictly for packaging and safety purposes only. If used for other purposes, The Bean Bank cannot be held liable.  The Bean Bank does not encourage the germination of Cannabis seeds.
